We know that ESPN’s premier college football pregame show, College GameDay, is headed to Columbus for Saturday’s Ohio State-Penn State matinee, but where will Lee Corso & company wind up next week?
With a handful of premier showdowns, including what will likely be an intra-Top-25 matchup between Oregon and Utah in Salt Lake City, as well as the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party (Florida vs. Georgia) in Jacksonville and Duke vs. Louisville — it’s no sure thing where the show will go on the morning of Oct. 28.
After College GameDay finishes a huge Week 8 in Columbus, USBettingReport.com made hypothetical odds you won’t find on college football betting sites for the location of their Week 9 version of ESPN’s pregame CFB show.

Where Could College GameDay Wind Up Next Weekend?
Our odds-on favorite to land GameDay next Saturday is the matchup between the No. 9 Ducks and 14th-ranked Utes in Utah’s capital city, with +300 (25%) odds of the ESPN staple winding up along the Wasatch on Oct. 28.
The runner-up on our weekly odds board for Oct. 28 was Florida vs. Georgia, which GameDay has attended four times, previously doing so in 2018, 2005, 2002, and 1999.
The last time GameDay was in the SLC was on Oct. 29, 2016, when Utah fell to No. 4 Washington at Rice-Eccles Stadium, though the show has been at the Rose Bowl each time the Utes played in the Granddaddy in 2021 and 2022.
The out-of-the-box contender for GameDay in Week 9 of the CFB season is an FCS showdown between South Dakota State and South Dakota in Vermillion, with +500 odds of the show making the trek to The Mount Rushmore State.
Such a matchup could draw ESPN’s eye, as South Dakota State is currently atop the latest FCS coaches poll, while South Dakota comes in at 16th — making for a rare intra-top-25 showdown in the upper Midwest.
Other contenders to land GameDay include the aforementioned Duke-Louisville ACC clash and Tennessee vs. Kentucky in Lexington, which are listed at +1200 (7.7%) apiece for the Week 9 installment of the longstanding Saturday morning CFB stalwart.
Regardless of where the program ends up, you can be sure there will be plenty of amazing games to place wagers for on all the top sportsbook apps that week.
